Time charge

Time charges are based on hourly rates for principals and other technical staff. In assessing the hourly rate all relevant factors are considered, including the complexity of the work, the qualifications, experience and responsibility of the architect, and the character of any negotiations. Our hourly rates are as follows:
architect - £ 45/hr
assistant - £ 30/hr

Lump sum fees

If you are concerned about the budget, lump sum fee is probably the best option for you. A fixed figure can be negotiated for any project up to a value of £200,000. Please contact us for further details.

Pay as you go

Our full range of architectural services is broken down into individual components – from site survey, through initial sketches and concept designs, obtaining Planning Permission and Building Warrant, to detail design and project management. You can pick only the components you require, which helps keeping costs under control and lets you choose exactly what you want and when you want.
